Integrating equity, diversity and inclusion in research

In collaboration with the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Sherbrooke, Eve Langelier, holder of the Chair for women in science and engineering in Quebec, is organizing a webinar to help the research community integrate EDI into requests for grant. EDI is an increasingly common criteria in grant programs that is sometimes even "pass or fail" in nature. With this workshop, they therefore wish to support researchers by helping them to appropriate this criterion.

10: 00-11: 00: Presentation "Integrating Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)".

11 am-11.05am: Break

11.05-11.30am: Interactive discussion about a fictional paragraph for integrating EDI into the training of highly qualified personnel.

11:30 am - 12:00 pm: Findings of members of the Discovery Grant Evaluation Committees. Reflection on the integration of EDI: Analyze, identify, prioritize, plan.

12: 00-12: 15 p.m .: Question and discussion period.
