Climate change and resilience: Indigenous perspectives and approaches

A webinar on Indigenous perspectives and approaches to climate change presented by Ouranos.

This webinar is made up of two consecutive conferences.

The first conference will focus on the process to prepare the very first edition of a chapter on Indigenous issues as part of the National Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation Assessment and will be moderated by Graeme Reed, Senior Policy Analyst at the Assembly of First Nations.

The second lecture will be presented by Jocelyn Joe-Strack, Chair in Indigenous Knowledge at the University of the Yukon and will provide an overview of Ms. Joe-Strack's work to standardize Indigenous ways of being and doing in an academic context.

It should also be noted that this webinar does not require registration and will be accessible free of charge.
