Are you aware of some of the issues related to EDI in your work environment? Are you part of an underrepresented group? Then this workshop is for you!
This two-hour brainstorming workshop is intended to give voice and consideration to the visions of underrepresented groups within the CentrEau member community. These ideas will be an integral part of the EDI action plan, which will be implemented by September 2021. The ultimate goal of this process is to address the EDI issues arising from CentrEau's current status report, which will be available in June 2021.
To encourage interaction, conversations will be held in small groups through " breaking rooms ". Each topic will address an issue identified in the survey.
