Students enrolled in a university outside Canada and in a Mitacs partner country can also apply to come to Quebec for an internship; CentrEau asks that this be in order to continue their graduate studies in Quebec

Philippe Fortier will do a research internship at the United States Geological Survey, Colorado, in September 2021.
Jean-Michel Perron will do a research internship at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne in Summer/fall 2021 on the modelling of pressure drops in biofiltration.
Daniel (Wei) Xu, student at the University of Melbourne, will com to Québec in the Summer of 2021 to work on smart management of stormwater in future cities.
Franco Salvadores, éstudent at the University of Melbourne, will com to Québec in January 2022 to work on the transformations of water governance in Argentinean Patagonia.
