Training of graduate students and postdoctoral fellows is at the heart of all center activities.

Student Member Status

Regular student member

A regular student member is a graduate student or postdoctoral fellow whose research project is part of the Center's scientific program, which is supervised or co-supervised by a regular member and is registered in one of the member institutions. A regular student member can not be part of more than one FRQ-funded group.

Collaborating Student Member

A collaborating student member is a graduate student or postdoctoral fellow whose research project is part of the Center's scientific program, who is registered in one of the member institutions, and who is in one of the two following situations:

  • he or she is supervised or co-supervised by a regular member or collaborator of the Center, but shares its time and research between several groups funded by the FRQ.
  • he or she is supervised or co-supervised by a researcher who is a collaborating member of the Center.

If you fill all of the above criteria, please write an email to info(a)centreau.org with the name of your supervisors and we will send you the subscription link.

Activities

CentrEau Students Day happens every year around March 22 (World Water Day) and enables students to show their research projects to the researchers community and to research users.
